EGC does not represent any particular investor or any other third party in any given deal, but rather invest itself and actively participating in each purchase together with the investors, share all interests with them, and work tirelessly to ensure the success of every project while maximizing profit for the investors and the company.
The Investments Model
Our model aims to find the appropriate investment according to the following criteria:
- the location of the property.
- its profitability in the short term (2-5 years).
- accounting balance.
- shared registration of the land – each of the owners has its own rights (usually via limited shares)
- Once property is sold, each shareholder owner receives his/her investment back and any surplus is distributed among the members.
The funding is made for the acquisition of the property, and if no asset is available then a trust account will be designated until the right property has been located with 3%-5% interest PA.
