EGC is led by Ofir Badash and Itay Gamlieli, two local American professionals with years of experience in real estate. After collaborating in several business ventures, they formed EGC, an accessible investment company that is open and convenient, even for foreign investors.

Ofir Badash

For the past 11 years, Ofir has been involved in the American real estate market and owns the 101 Capital Company as well as property (private and commercial) management companies. Ofir specializes in profitable commercial properties in Florida, New York and Ohio. With a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.), Ofir has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2006. Ofir also has an MBA.

Itay Gamlieli

With 12 years of experience in the American real estate market, and as owner of a brokerage firm that is ranked among the top 50 agencies in Manhattan, Itay is considered an expert in the purchase, management and operation of multi-family condominiums, including commercial areas and improving properties in New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens).
